Check Out My Rack

LTDchix 4

It has never looked finer than it does right now, with one of these badass shirts gracing it!

I know what you might be thinking.

“But Lotus, your rack is splendid every day!”

While this may be true, you cannot deny the added glory of the LTDchix shirt.

Have you seen these shirts? GO LOOK AT THEM.

And GUESS WHAT!?

You have the chance to win one.*

That’s right. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post, and by the end of the week, one of you lucky commenters will be randomly chosen to win a free LTDchix shirt! You get to choose the one you like and the lovely ladies of LTDchix (Nina and Cindi) will send it to you, free of charge. (does not include the thermals, sorry!)

These shirts really make a statement that any mom can identify with.

If you’re a mom, you’ll love them! If you’re not a mom, I guarantee that you know a mom that would love one – win her Christmas present now!

Moms:
Remember when you were pregnant for the first time, and dreaming of the wonderful motherhood journey you would experience? You were going to have a little bundle of joy and raise and nurture him/her to be a happy, loving child… living happily ever after, etc…

LTDchix 1

Then reality set in. Now you’re wise to the Pooperiffic, Drooly, Screamalicious truth of it all!

You juggle seventy-three hundred things in your head at once, never sleep, and have dirty laundry shooting out your butt.

You are/will be a nanny, maid, wetnurse, cook, bus boy, chauffer, dispute resolution advisor, janitor, nurse, and more!

The fairy-tail dream you once had sometimes feels like a nightmare.

Once you’re ACTUALLY a mom, you realize what a fantasy you were mentally creating for yourself while you were pregnant. But the great thing is, that even once your fantasy is completely obliterated, it’s still the best life you’ve ever lived!

Truly Amazing.

That is what these shirts celebrate. With one of them on, you can show everyone that you’re “Living the Dream!”

And now let’s close with another look at my rack.

    ;)

  7. #7 by tiff on November 26, 2007 - 5:44 AM

Cute shirt! And, you do have a fabulous rack.

  18. #18 by dawn on November 26, 2007 - 9:06 AM

I heart your rack. I so love hugging other women with a rack – it’s much more comforting than being only squishy one in the hug.

This totally excludes an aunt who had a boob job back at the dawn of time – she felt like hugging two baseballs. Ouch.

  19. #19 by Bill on November 26, 2007 - 9:23 AM

I’m speechless Lotus. How could you stoop to such a basic, salacious, heaving, bouncing, fabulous ploy to drive traffic to your…….huh? where am I? I think I just blacked out for a second.

  20. #20 by Patois on November 26, 2007 - 9:25 AM

A great title to draw in readers, I’m sure. Love the shirt.

  22. #22 by Jo Jo on November 26, 2007 - 10:12 AM

    You are hysterical!

Your rack is amazing! The shirts are cool…but YOUR RACK is AMAZING! I’m with Veronica…I need to know what kind of bra you wear…and if there’s a give-a-way for one of THOSE!

    Muah!

  23. #23 by NaLonni Nikole and Family on November 26, 2007 - 10:13 AM

Ummm my rack is too big for this t-shirt!!!

  24. #24 by The Hotfessional on November 26, 2007 - 10:34 AM

I had to beat Mr. Hot back with a baseball bat and now there’s drool all over my freakin’ keyboard Lotus. Geez.

I think I deserve one of those shirts just for having to put up with that! Maybe it will help my rack, er, measure up.

  25. #25 by SJSFalter+ on November 26, 2007 - 10:35 AM

I just wandered over from Libby’s. Great blog you’ve got here! I’m all in favor of debunking myths of motherhood. It’s not all hilarious by a long shot, but at the end of the day (when they’re sleeping), it’s good in a way I never could have imagined.

  48. #48 by Tiff on November 26, 2007 - 5:57 PM

I shrank after ballooning up to lovely C’s while pregnant and nursing. To smaller than my AA. There’s no justice.

  52. #52 by painted maypole on November 26, 2007 - 7:58 PM

wait. i was supposed to have dreams beyond piles of laundry, vacumming and burning dinner while a child hung from my arm?!?!?

  53. #53 by KIDZMAMA on November 26, 2007 - 8:43 PM

I so love the shirt with the mom on the phone with the kid hanging on! Just add three more kids hanging on and that could be me.

Out of curiosity, if I comment once, but include the link to my post that links to yours, does that still count as two entries? Or do i have to comment twice?

  67. #67 by Cathy on November 26, 2007 - 11:19 PM

    Love these!

When I was pregnant with the first, I entertained visions of nursing my newborn in a peaceful dimly lit room. I was wearing a flowing white gown, a serene new mother, the perfect picture of maternal bliss.

Reality: Trying to cram my boob into the mouth of a shrieking newborn while sobbing my way through a roll of toilet paper. Oh, and the flowing gown? *snort* Try ratty old softball shirt belonging to Hubs.

I don’t know what’s funnier. The shirts or the fact that you took, like, 90 pics of your boobs and showed them on the great internet.

Those shirts crack my ass up. Must go examine them more closely since, ya know, at this rate? The liklihood of winning is slim to none and they are so something I should own.

Lovely shirt and what a nice rack for a mom. Mine are just starting the middle age sag. Is that like the middle age spread?
I have a 2yr. old and a 2 month old. The first day I was home alone with them they both pooped at the same time. I just looked at the both of them and said “and so it begins.”
