Disengage and Float Away
So many times, lately, I’ve had this longing. To disconnect from everything and just float away.
For this seed, it’s a way of life, something that happens with no planning, no urging.

I mentally disengage and float away from time to time. When I finally resurface and look around the house is always a wreck. Why is that?
Barbara
I’m probably misunderstanding (again) but try to hold on. You’re not that ethereal. Don’t disconnect just yet.

I disengage and float away all the time – I schedule it even! lol
But just like this seed I always eventually find myself grounded again and if I am lucky (and it too) engaged in another fulfilling project.

Love your photo.
I disengaged yesterday – it was so amazingly what I needed, that now I can engage with more soul.
Harder to do with a little one though, next time I’m out surfing (my time out), I’ll spend it with you.
Chris
What’s worse is getting so caught up in the minutae of life that you have already detatched and floated away and have no idea that it’s happened. Or, even knowing when it ocurred. And then worry because you’re not sure you want to float back, even if you could.
Jenn
That is an AMAZING shot, Lotus.
