Once again, my lovelies, it’s Haiku Friday!
I’m going to celebrate Beauty in Nature this Friday. It’s one of my favorite things about existing.
____
Eastward it rises
Tomorrow, it will return
We wait in darkness.
____
Web spins so quickly
Flies die – no chance to escape
Spiders are hungry.
____
Each petal opens
Slowly she stretches upward
The gladiolus.

Excellent ku. I like the second one in particular, although I, too, am a spider-phobe. What’s that called? Arachnaphobia? (I’m sure I spelled it wrong.)
