I was going to write about VD today, but I like this one better.

Lovely poem! And strikes close to home. I’m so terribly in love with my little guy.

We’re not big on V Day, but today we’re just happy that hubs is home. Woke up at home, at a decent hour, and will sleep at home. It’s rare these days. Tomorrow it’s back to work but today it’s video games and movies and chinese food and most of all, being three. (3.5? At not-quite-6 weeks can I say the four of us?)

I love those little jeans on your boy. I always loved a cute pair of jeans better than anything. I visited my pregnant daughter today and my older daughter and her boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. My daughter was having some Braxton-Hicks contractions and went to the hospital last night to get checked. She was ok but they gave her a shot to stop the contractions as she is only 25 weeks or so. She might have been dehydrated. They gave her some fluid in her IV and sent her home after they tested her. No real contractions! Good. I totally understand the love of mother and children. Really not quite any other. We don’t appreciate it as much after we become adults but it never goes away.
