Totally delurking here to agree whole heartedly on Lestat (total highschool obsession - well before the movie), Mercutio (such make out potential tragically cut short) and Roland (omg, yes!).

I found your blog while voting for the Bloggies and added you to my blogroll because of instant-kindred-spirit feelings I got from reading what you had to say. I've been checking back regularly and since I'm bored to tears at work waiting for the weekend to start I'm surfing your archives. Plus, you live in Nashville too! And yay! Cool "mommy blogger" who lives in my town! Whee!

::awkward silence::

Yep. So hi!

P.S. My work computer is dumb so it may send this comment three times. I apologize in advance for the extras.

Sami's last blog post..Lady of the Water

Hmm, this is a good question.

1. Henry DeTamble from "The Time Travelers Wife"
This one came to me instantly. This is my absolute favorite book of all time, and one of the reasons is because it's so amazingly lovely and sensual. Henry must be the greatest lover of all time.

2. Nate from "Gossip Girl"
Rachel will help you with this, but this character is described as the hottest guy alive, and yet he still has a brain. Hot AND smart? Pshh, I melt!

3. Dan from "Gossip Girl"
Ok ok, I'm a sucker for this series, and every guy is perfect, but this guy is MY TYPE. He's artistic and really hip, plus hotness.

4. Morelli from the "Stephanie Plumb" series of books
Rugged, handsome, and very sly. He also touches women in just the right way.

5. MR. DARCY FROM "PRIDE AND PREJUDICE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG, he and Henry DeTamble are soooo tide. Those two guys combined make my perfect man, maybe because they're so similar. I think it's so completely romantic when a man will do everything within his power just to be with someone because they think the woman is so perfect. I guess it comes from my need to feel perfect in some guy's eyes.

Wow, I can only think of 5. IDK, I'm not very really turned on by characters in books, well, except for my number one and five. Gah, those 2 should be enough!

Darn you, Lotus, and your little dog, too! for tagging me on this...

I would totally get nekkid with Lestat. I'd wear a turtleneck, though, to keep him all crazy for me.

I am now imagining you liplocked with Mercutio from the LeoDiCaprio/Claire Danes R & J version.

That is way hot. Especially if he's wearing the bra and panties with his red lipstick.

As for LOTR, Sam is definitely kissable, but he is overlooked because of Legolas and Aragorn. I really just wanted to make out with (plus more) Liv Tyler after that movie, though. So, yeah. Am I tagged on here? I think I have an old blogger account.
