I am so totally doing this when the two dispensers from Aldi run out.

Psst, did you know that you only need 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent in a front load washer? Most people use twice that amount. To ensure you are using the right amount, pour two tablespoons of water into the dispenser, then take a sharpie marker to make a line around it to show when it's full.

That's really clever! I do that near the end of a bottle of soap, just to get all the soap out. Same with shampoo. With barbecue sauce the other night, I added pineapple juice to get the last of the sauce out.

That is so cool. I have watered down the soap before because the straw part always seems to be too short, but it never foamed. Great idea and I have 2 little kidlets who love to use as much soap as possible on their tiny little hands.

We finally found a soap dispenser that is easy for my daughter to use. She loves being able to push her stool up to the sink, turn on the water, soap up, and wash her hands by herself. We worked with her on just turning the water on as much as she needs and taking only one squirt of soap. It took a while but she is able to wash completely on her own!
