i've posted what we do several times. we moved again and only had 2 weeks worth of trash, which we were pissed about, of course, because it was more apparent, it wasn't going in a dumpster, where I never saw it again.. anyway, point being we found the recycling place. YEAH! and i yellow/mellow it all day long while i'm home alone. my hubby doesnt usually complain, and especially if a person wakes up at night several times to go, what's the point of flushing and waking people up? ugh.

jills last blog post..Fun Monday

I am definitely going to try some of these suggestions.

FYI- Do NOT put a brick in your toilet tank. The brick will break down over time and can ruin the working mechanisms.

Take a plastic milk jug, or something similiar and put water in it. You can then place this in tank.

We were just talking about getting a rain barrel...
And it must be my lucky day because I JUST posted a green/eat local post a few minutes ago and then coincidentally stumbled over here.

LifeAsIKnowIts last blog post..The Locavore Challenge

Today is my first PBSN post. I've listed everything we do thus far so I have to come up with something new to do for next month. This is a great way to continually challenge ourselves to find new ways to lessen our impact.
