Hi! I just started to read your blog tonight and I found it interesting because I was just talking to my family about migraines earlier tonight. I don’t know if you have ever heard of EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) but according to a few people I know who suffered from migraines. They did EMDR and they haven’t gotten one since. It might be worth a try. Good luck! I hope something helps. I know they are not pleasant.

You poor thing! Glad it's "just" a migraine. I drove a coworker to the ER with one of those, a while back - shoot, I was convinced the woman was having a stroke, and knew she couldn't see to drive. She's 12 years younger than me! Scared her, scared me. She was fine, and hasn't had one since, to the best of my knowledge. I've had four migraines - once, I asked the nurse if surgical removal of the head was an outpatient procedure. She laughed, but I was eying my electric carving knife...
