As the way I shoot, process, and share online changes (I don’t do this sequentially anymore) and the more other projects I create for myself, the more I struggle to post this Meme every Sunday. I’ve had thoughts about ending it or altering it. Maybe do a Monthly Favorites post and a Weekly Theme post on Sundays? To those who have still been participating, what are your thoughts? Here’s a selection of my favorites from this past month. Thanks for reading and viewing.

I’ve still been posting my favorite WW on Sundays, and probably will keep doing that. I was wondering if you had decided to suspend the meme with everything else you’ve been doing. I’ll continue to participate whatever form Weekly Winners takes. WW was the inspiration for me to get back into photography. I will always be grateful to you for that.

I’m with Tara! You were the one introducing me to photography, I will never forget that, and I would be sad to see you go. Weekly Winners became a lifestyle for me. I will keep posting, whatever you decide. Thanks for everything!

I’m with Tara, I’m going to keep it up. It’s GREAT practice for me, and I credit it for getting me where I am in photography now. Heck, my recent WWs are what got me asked to do a friends wedding this summer! And I have a few twitter followers who will poke at me if I am late posting because they look forward to it weekly.
That being said, I’m going to keep it up no matter what.
I think Monthly would work if you want to go to that.. Do what works for you! But I’d hate to see it die completely.
Still LOVE that piano shot, and that photographers sunset silhouette is incredible. OH! And I want to know more about the Ford shots you’ve posted… I was eating those up like a carton of ice cream.
I am going to see if can get out of the office for the upcoming Austin Photowalk. Fingers crossed I can pull that off. I’d REALLY love to participate.

As others have said, Weekly Winners is the reason that I started even trying to take pictures. You found me online somewhere and invited me in. Your photos and Mishi’s inspired me beyond words (still do). I fell off of blogging for a good long time, then have been posting pictures again and was a little sad this Sunday when I saw that WW had possibly faded away, just when I had a bunch of leftover shots from the week to share. I probably will post extra shots on Sundays. If it’s part of this meme, that makes my heart happy. If not, I will always, always, always credit you and Mishi with the sudden interest in photography I gained a few years back. <3 you, Lotus.

Also, these are all ridiculously gorgeous. Seriously.

I sometimes don’t do the Weekly Winners (usually because I pre-post on Saturday and if the program crashes, I just give up LOL) but I love participating. Like everyone else said, it got me taking more pictures, finding more artsy and fun ones, not just because I feel I “have to”
And I ♥ seeing the pictures of B! He’s getting so BIG!

Thank you all so much for the great feedback. I’m going to continue the meme and just give myself a swift kick in the ass to get it posted every week. I may be posting less photos in each post – like I said, my shooting/processing/sharing workflow is different now. But the meme will stay.
I’m very, very touched to hear from those of you who were inspired by this meme and know how it has affected your photography. Thank you for sharing that with me. xo
